1. About the service

Edge Socials is a social media analytics platform operated by Edge Institute, offered to NGOs and other organizations.

2. Accounts & organizations

Users belong to an organization's workspace. Access is limited to authorized members of that organization. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Connected platforms

Your organization must have the right to connect the accounts it connects. Your use of connected platforms is also governed by the terms of Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.

4. Acceptable use

No unauthorized access, no scraping, no misuse of data.

5. Intellectual property

The Edge Socials platform, its design and its software remain the property of Edge Institute. Your organization's data remains yours.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Edge Institute is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
